Organised by the Tamil Nadu chapter of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India (CREDAI), Eden Park  participated at the three-day fair being organised in Chennai between February 13 and 15. A feature of the property fair was that the approved projects available for booking have been double-checked on legal and paper work side. Leading banks and housing finance institutions were also among participants.
